This tutorial will show you how to make shimmering faux enamel embellishments to add to your projects.
I’ll be using Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers BO1, BO2, BO3, YG3, and YG2 along with the Crystal Clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen.
After I colored the image in completely, I went over the whole thing with the Sparkle Pen. I was pretty generous with the amount of sparkle I added here.
I left this to dry before I went on to the next step.
I coated the entire image with Glossy Accents and let it dry overnight.
The shine of the Glossy Accents make the shimmer even more visible and gives the flowers the look of an enamel embellishment.
